President Vladimir Putin Vows To Help Nigeria End Boko Haram Attacks
The Russian leader in a message on Sunday said: “Vladimir Putin sent a letter of condolences to President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari following the deaths of the country’s citizens in a terrorist attack committed by Boko Haram militants in Madagali.
“The President of Russia has condemned this barbarian crime, for which there can be no excuse and underlined that Russia supports the efforts of Nigeria’s governments in fighting terror.
“The President of Russia confirmed his readiness to increase cooperation in this sphere, both on a bilateral and a broad international basis.
“Vladimir Putin expressed his sympathy to the families and friends of those killed by this act of terrorism and wished a speedy recovery to the injured.”
